If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable to any products you purchase from us.

  • Goods refer to the jewelry items offered for sale on the Service
  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase jewelry items from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Gram Gold, accessible from gramgold.in.
  • You refers to anyone using our website, whether as an individual or on behalf of a company or other legal entity

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please inform us via:

If the order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel it, you will need to pay the delivery charges.

 

Conditions for Returns 

We do not offer returns but provide replacements under the following conditions:

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 2 days of receipt. Provide a video showing the condition of the items upon arrival. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Good Condition Products

If you wish to replace a product in good condition, you must pay the delivery charge for the replacement.

Non-replaceable Goods
  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods which deteriorate rapidly or are expired.
  • Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

Returning Goods

 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to:

We will exchange Goods that are received broken or damaged. To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us of the damage within 2 days of receiving the Goods. Please use an insured and trackable mail service for returning the Goods. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to process an exchange without actual receipt of the damaged Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Privacy and Security

We protect your personal information with industry-standard encryption and strict internal policies. We collect only necessary information for order processing and do not share your personal information with third parties without consent. In case of a data breach, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.


Shipping Information

Shipping costs vary by destination and order weight, displayed at checkout. Domestic orders within India typically deliver within 5-7 business days, and international orders within 20-30 business days. Tracking information is provided via email after shipment. We do not offer expedited shipping or modify shipping addresses post-order.


Payment Information

We accept payments through Razorpay, including:

  • Netbanking
  • UPI
  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, FreeCharge)

We use Razorpay’s encryption technology to protect your payment information. Changes or cancellations may not be possible post-payment. The order total at checkout includes item costs and applicable shipping charges, with additional taxes or duties calculated at checkout.
