Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays but will be delivered on holidays.
- During high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We provide free shipping across all of India.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option only within India; it is not available for international orders.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur occasionally.
Delivery Partners
We ship orders via reputed delivery partners such as Bluedart, DTDC, and Delhivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GramGold is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
Delivery Method – International
- Pricing in our international catalogue may differ from our INR catalogue due to exchange rates and currency volatility.
- International shipping charges and transit times vary by location. All international packages are shipped via Aramex/DHL.
Damages
